Prices & Payments
All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time.
Full payment is required before an order is processed.
Orders & Delivery
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Delivery times depend on your location and courier service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external factors.
Chocolates & Food Items (No Returns / No Refunds)
For hygiene and safety reasons:
Chocolates and food items cannot be returned or refunded.
Orders for sweets cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Please check product details carefully before placing your order.
Electronics – Returns Policy
Some electronic products include a 7–14 day checking warranty.
Warranty details will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does not cover:
○ Physical damage
○ Water damage
○ Power surge damage
○ Software issues
○ Misuse or negligence
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos and order details
Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Chocolate orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Electronics orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide correct delivery and contact details
Use the website lawfully
Not attempt fraud or misuse
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Courier delays
Indirect losses or damages
Issues caused by misuse of products
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
Consumer Protection (Sri Lanka)
These Terms comply with the Consumer Affairs Authority of Sri Lanka guidelines.
Customer rights under Sri Lankan law are not affected by these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Any disputes will be handled under Sri Lankan jurisdiction.
