Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days and is only applicable for electronics. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Some electronic products include a 7–14 day checking warranty. Warranty details will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Water damage
- Power surge damage
- Software issues
- Misuse or negligence
For hygiene and safety reasons: Chocolates and food items cannot be returned or refunded. Orders for sweets cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, Contact us within 24 hours of delivery, Provide clear photos and order details.
Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 379 Sri Vjiragnana Mawatha, Colombo 00900, Sri Lanka.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
